Our Policies

  • We cannot guarantee that all of our dogs will be completely free of genetic imperfections, but we take precautions to reduce the chances of that happening. Our dog, Platinum, has completed genetic testing and her hips are certified as EXCELLENT with the OFA and her elbows were normal. She is also EIC clear. We have researched the background of the sires with which we breed Platinum. Our goal is to reduce the odds of introducing genetic defects into the litters we produce.

  • Our puppies are purebred, with OFA certified parents, and registered with the American Kennel Club (AKC).

  • We only give limited registration for our puppies. With a limited registration, you cannot breed your puppy in the future and register the litter with the AKC. You will still be able to participate and gain points in AKC events such as hunt tests, field trails, and dock events, but you will not be able to participate in a Conformation Event (Dog Show).

  • We guarantee that your puppy will be in good health and temperament when you receive it.

  • Our guarantee is only valid for the original purchaser of a puppy and only if you meet all of the following criteria:

    • You register your puppy with AKC.

    • You have your puppy microchipped by your vet after receiving the puppy.

    • You take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours for a physical examination.

    • You provide your dog with regular veterinary and daily care to keep it in good health. You will follow the vets recommendations for keeping your dog in good health.

  • Should your puppy be determined by a licensed vet to be in ill health at its initial examination and the cause is clearly attributable to us, the dog may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. We require a written diagnosis from your licensed vet. Your vet’s diagnosis is subject to confirmation by a vet of our choosing. Should our vet not concur with the diagnosis or your vet, the matter will be presented to a third vet that we mutually agree upon.

  • Parasites, worms, coccidia, and giardia are common problems in young puppies, but they can be treated and are excluded from this guarantee.

  • You may return the puppy for any reason, in the same condition that you received it, within 5 days of your purchase. We will give you a full refund of your purchase price within these 5 days.

  • We will have a licensed vet give your puppy its first set of vaccinations and remove their dewclaws.

  • If your puppy develops a congenital disease within 1 year of purchase, your full purchase price will be refunded upon proof of diagnosis.

  • If your dog is diagnosed with moderate or severe hip dysplasia within 30 months of purchase, we will refund your full purchase price upon proof of diagnosis.
